We offer open-access scheduling. We strive to get you an appointment when you want it. This includes not only physicals and rechecks, but also more urgent illnesses and injuries. We have worked hard to provide extra staff to allow for such easy access to our healthcare providers. You need not wait two weeks to be seen. We promise to take your questions and worries seriously. Secure MessagingAs a patient of Village Medical Center,
our secure messaging site enables you to contact our providers directly through
e-mail, as well as receive test results and request refills and referrals.
Sign-up is easy! Just see any member of our front desk staff to register for
Secure Messaging, so we can be certain that we have a current and valid e-mail
address for you in our system. Once you've signed up, you will receive a welcome
e-mail from Village Medical Center containing a link that will take you to
our secure messaging site and walk you through creating your own username and
password.
